Thomas J. Carey, a native Philadelphian, resides in Huntingdon Valley, PA. He holds degrees from Temple University [BS] and California State University, Sacramento [MA] and also attended the University of Toronto [PhD Programme in Anthropology]. Now a Philadelphia area businessman, Tom has been a Mutual UFO Network [MUFON] State Section Director [1986 – 2002] in Southeastern Pennsylvania, a Special Investigator for the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies [1991-2001], and a member of the CUFOS Board of Directors [1997-2001]. Tom began investigating aspects of the “Roswell Incident” in 1991 for the Roswell investigative team of Kevin Randle and Don Schmitt, and, since 1998, has teamed exclusively with Don Schmitt to continue a proactive investigation. Tom has authored or co-authored over thirty published articles about the Roswell events of 1947 and has contributed to a number of books on the subject, as well. He has appeared as a guest on many radio and TV shows throughout the country and has contributed to a number of Roswell-related documentaries on-screen and behind the scenes. Donald R. Schmitt resides in his native Wisconsin on a 45-acre ranch located just outside of Milwaukee in a little hamlet called Hubertus. Don possesses a Bachelors degree from Concordia University and is currently taking graduate courses in Criminal Justice at St. John’s University. He has worked for the U.S. Postal Service for the past twenty-three years. A talented artist, he has also freelanced as a medical and commercial illustrator. The possessor of a fine baritone voice, Don also sings publicly for special occasions in the Milwaukee area. Don is the former Director of Special Investigations and Co-Director of the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies [CUFOS]. He teamed with Kevin Randle in 1988 to investigate so-called “Roswell Incident”, a collaboration which resulted in a many published articles and two best-selling books, UFO Crash at Roswell [Avon, 1991] and The Truth About the UFO Crash at Roswell [M. Evans, 1994]. The critically acclaimed movie, Roswell [Viacom, 1994], to which Don was a consultant, was based on the first book.
