New Monthly Media Guide
Another month has passed, swiftly, with many developments. With UN weapon
inspectors in Iraqi palaces and deserts, a drumbeat for war in the White
culminated in this week?s State of the Union speech. President Bush is
intent on making the case for war against Iraq, but so far without
evidence. In any case this administration?s approach of locking itself
only alternative of war does not appear based on creative or brilliant

Related to another crisis, that of globalization, business leaders
their annual retreat in Davos, Switzerland, while their counterparts in
society convened at the World Social Forum in Porto Allegre, Brazil. Both
different groups with different objectives. Having said that it might be
