Crunchy Sweet Slaw
  • 1/2 head CABBAGE cut in strips
  • 1 APPLE, diced
  • 2-3 stalks of CELERY, diced
  • 1 CARROT, chopped
  • 1/2 cup WALNUTS (optional)

HONEY and plain YOGURT to taste. Pour over mixture
