What are your shipping and handling rates for the US?
The first Item is $4.25; each additional Item is $1.00. For faster service, 2nd day delivery is $5 more and overnight delivery is $10 more.
How long will it take the order to reach me?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Products are shipped via UPS Ground. Addresses at PO Boxes are sent 1st Class Mail.
Do you offer videos in PAL format?
Yes, some of our videos are available in PAL. See the order form for availability. PAL format is for video players in many European countries, such as England and Germany. If you live in the US, you don't need PAL.
Do you ship videos outside the US?
Yes, we do. For shipping to Canada, add $10 to your order. For Europe or Central and South America, add $19.95 to your order. And for shipping to Pacific Rim, add $21.95 to your order.
